On Thursday, 20 January Konguta School hosted our good friends from Sweden – Hans and Göran.They have done a lot to support our school and students. We greatly thank them for that!
As Great Britan, so Sweden is also a kingdom. It is already a kingdom since more than 1000 years.
The Kingdom of Sweden is ruled by the King Carl XVI Gustaf.
This photo shows the Swedish royal family.
Our students sang a Swedish folk song „Uti Vår Hage“ („Blueberry Land“ in English) which is one of the best-loved folk songs among the Swedes. Hans and Göran said, that they used to sing this song in their childhood and they still like it very much.
